How ConSymbio began

Our Story

ConSymbio was founded in 2023 and is the result of years of collaboration, a shared vision and passion. Our story began back in 2015: Mai and Joel have worked closely together ever since and share similar professional backgrounds. Through their work with a wide range of companies, from start-ups to publicly listed companies in national and international markets, both have developed extensive expertise.

ConSymbio is built on more than 10 years of experience in e-commerce and in-depth practical expertise gained from working with a wide range of requirements. The founders’ complementary expertise, the trust built over many years and their reliability form the foundation on which this forward-thinking agency was created.

Her focus is on marketplace SEO, organic visibility, content and advertising. She combines strategic planning with operational experience: from positioning and optimizing individual products to the long-term development of complete marketplace presences.

As a founder of ConSymbio, Mai shapes the agency’s strategic direction together with Joel and brings her experience directly into client projects and the work of the entire ConSymbio team.

JOEL REUPER

Joel brings more than ten years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace business. His particular strength lies in analyzing marketplaces and identifying the factors that genuinely contribute to better performance.

His focus is on data analysis, revenue optimization and sustainable e-commerce growth strategies. Rather than looking at individual KPIs in isolation, Joel combines data, market positioning and business objectives to create a clear strategic direction.

As a founder of ConSymbio, Joel is responsible for the agency’s professional development together with Mai. Their different areas of expertise deliberately complement each other – with strategies implemented alongside an experienced team of marketplace specialists.
