About ConSymbio

ConSymbio is a boutique agency in Hamburg that focuses on online marketplaces, especially Amazon, OTTO, Kaufland, but also Walmart and BOL. We support D2C brands and retailers to grow successfully on international e-commerce marketplaces and build individual and customized solutions.

Your tasks

Support in customer service – direct communication remotely or on site.
Marketplace management, especially Amazon, but also Kaufland, OTTO and other international marketplaces.
Creation and optimization of product listings.
Assistance with the planning and evaluation of advertising campaigns, e.g. Amazon Ads.
Data maintenance in internal and external systems.

What you should bring with you

Hard Skills

Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Language skills: German and English fluent / business fluent.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Ads.
Previous experience in e-commerce, online marketing or data analysis.

Soft Skills

Independent working style and independent action.
Critical and solution-oriented thinking.
Strong communication skills.

Education

Training as an e-commerce clerk or similar.
Or a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, international management, etc.

Your tasks

Support in marketplace management, especially Amazon, but also Kaufland, OTTO and other international marketplaces.

What you should bring with you
