About ConSymbio:
ConSymbio is a boutique agency in Hamburg that focuses on online marketplaces (especially Amazon, OTTO, Kaufland, but also Walmart, BOL). We support D2C brands and retailers to grow successfully on international e-commerce marketplaces and build individual and customized solutions.
Your tasks:
- Support in customer service (direct communication remotely or on site)
- Marketplace management (especially Amazon, but also Kaufland, OTTO and other international marketplaces)
- Creation and optimization of product listings
- Assistance with the planning and evaluation of advertising campaigns (e.g. Amazon Ads)
- Data maintenance in internal and external systems
What you should bring with you:
Hard Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Language skills: German and English fluent / business fluent
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Ads
- Previous experience in e-commerce, online marketing or data analysis
Soft skills:
- Independent working style and independent action
- Critical and solution-oriented thinking
- Strong communication skills
Education:
- Training as an e-commerce clerk or similar
- Or a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, international management, etc.
